One of the joys of new technology is finally figuring out how to use. Thanks to Jeff Williams for showing his pastor this place on the screen and how to do this.
Blogging is simply writing out thoughts and ideas. I hope this will be an avenue for SPring Creek to enjoy asking questions, sharing information, prayer needs and overall learning something together.
This is an introductory article. I have several goals for this blog. Let me set a few boundaries. I will not get into long discussions about theology with those outside the membership of my church. If you happen to read this and are not a member of SPring Creek then thank you. I will answer questions, but not engage in debate. For the members of Spring Creek I hope you will enjoy what is written and will give some feed back to the overall aspect of this blog.
Ideas abound in life. Some ideas need to be fully discussed with a variety of minds helping. Hopefully from time to time we can accomplish this task on this blog. This can only be done with open hearts and minds. Nothing on this blog in the arena of ideas will be considered the law of the medes and persians. Ideas are just that, ideas. Some will not ever see the light of day or even reach the realm of discussion. Others may very well be discussed and/or even exhausted but never implemented. Such is the nature of ideas.
The Bible will often be discussed in this blog. Since the Bible is the all sufficient rule of faith and practice, this will be the guide for what we do. THis blog hopefully will be a weekly occurence. Vacations and illness will be cause for no posting. No guarntees exist for a posting each Monday. A week consists of seven days all of which are viable days that fit in a week.
